Anivia Labs has three plans: Design Engineering at $1,690 a month, All-in-one at $2,490 a month, and Dedicated Team, which is scoped to your roadmap. The right one depends less on the size of your company and more on where your product is right now and what is blocking it.
Most of the founders we work with are in one of four places: an idea that needs to become a product, a vibecoded MVP that needs to become a real one, a demo day or fundraise coming up, or traction that needs to turn into scale. We also work with established businesses that don't need a product at all, just AI agents that take repetitive work off their team.
Below, each of these gets the same treatment: who you are, what is getting in your way, which plan fits, and what we actually do for you.
The short answer
| If you are... | Start with | Price |
|---|---|---|
| At the idea stage, with nothing built yet | All-in-one (or Design Engineering if you only need a landing page and prototype first) | $2,490 / month |
| Sitting on a vibecoded MVP that feels off | Design Engineering if the problem is how it looks and feels, All-in-one if it is also breaking underneath | $1,690 or $2,490 / month |
| Preparing for demo day or a new round | Design Engineering | $1,690 / month |
| Growing with real users and revenue | All-in-one, moving to Dedicated Team when you need several things built in parallel | $2,490 / month, or custom |
| An established business that wants AI to handle calls, messages and admin | All-in-one with AI Automation | $2,490 / month |
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you can switch between Design Engineering and All-in-one at your next billing date.
1. Idea stage: from 0 to 1
Who you are. You have an idea and maybe a Notion page, a few customer conversations or a waitlist. You might be a domain expert moving into tech for the first time, or a solo founder without a technical co-founder.
Your problem. You don't know what to build first, what it should look like, or who should build it. Hiring a full-time designer and engineer before you have users is a big bet, freelancers need managing, and a classic agency wants a fixed scope and a five-figure invoice before you have learned anything.
Which plan fits. All-in-one, $2,490 a month, if you want a working product in users' hands: it covers design, front-end, backend, mobile and AI features in one queue. If you want to validate first with a brand, a landing page and a clickable prototype, start on Design Engineering at $1,690 a month and upgrade when it is time to build the backend.
What we do for you.
- Help you cut the idea down to the smallest version worth shipping, and agree on what comes first.
- Design the brand and the core product flows, then build them as real code in your own repository, not just screens in Figma.
- Ship the MVP in small steps you can see and test every few days, with an update every working day.
- Keep you in control of priorities: you add requests to the board and set the order.
This is how we took Rendervi from an idea to 500 users in under three months.
2. Vibecoded MVP: from good to great
Who you are. You built the first version yourself with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code. It works, people have tried it, and it got you further than you expected.
Your problem. Something feels off. The UI looks like every other AI-generated app, flows are confusing, every new prompt breaks something else, and you are not sure whether to keep patching, rebuild or hire. You can see that it is not good enough, but not exactly why.
Which plan fits. Design Engineering, $1,690 a month, if the problem is mostly what users see: the interface, the UX and the front-end code. All-in-one, $2,490 a month, if the problems go deeper, such as auth, the database, payments, performance or AI features that behave unpredictably.
What we do for you.
- Review the product and the code, then explain plainly what is wrong and why, in order of what hurts most.
- Agree on a plan together: what to fix, what to keep and what to rebuild. We don't start over unless it is the cheaper path.
- Redesign the key screens and put a proper design system in code, so the next things you or your AI build stay consistent.
- Clean up the front-end, and on All-in-one, the backend and data layer, inside the same repository you already use.
- Keep you shipping too: through our MCP server you can send tasks to the team straight from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
3. Raising: demo day prep
Who you are. You are in an accelerator with a demo day on the calendar, or you are about to start a pre-seed or seed round. The product works, but it has to look like a company investors want to back.
Your problem. The deadline is fixed and the list is long: the deck, the landing page, the product's first impression and the live demo flow. Every piece has to look world-class, and your time should go to investor meetings, not pixel pushing.
Which plan fits. Design Engineering, $1,690 a month. It covers branding, pitch decks, marketing materials, product UI and front-end code, which is exactly what investors see. If the demo needs a new feature that touches the backend or AI, choose All-in-one instead.
What we do for you.
- Design the pitch deck and make sure the story, the numbers and the visuals match.
- Polish or rebuild the landing page so it explains the product in one screen and works on a phone.
- Upgrade the product UI along the exact path you will show on stage, so the demo is smooth and fast.
- Tighten the brand: logo, type, colors and the small details that make a young company look established.
When the round is closed, you can pause the subscription and keep the unused days for later.
4. Traction: from 1 to 100
Who you are. You have users and revenue, and the roadmap is growing faster than your team. Maybe you just raised.
Your problem. You are deciding whether to hire full-time people or automate more of the work. Senior hires cost $15,000 or more a month each with taxes and benefits, take months to find, and are hard to undo if priorities change. Meanwhile the backlog keeps growing: features, onboarding, conversion, SEO, mobile.
Which plan fits. All-in-one, $2,490 a month, for one team with one queue across design, development, AI and growth. When you need several workstreams moving in parallel, a project manager and a team that reports like an in-house one, move to Dedicated Team, which is scoped to your roadmap on a call.
What we do for you.
- Ship features across web, backend, mobile and AI without you hiring for each skill.
- Run product growth work: funnel audits, onboarding, experiments and conversion fixes, shipped in code.
- Handle SEO and AI search, launches and campaigns alongside product work.
- Sit between hiring and automating: we automate what can be automated and give you senior people for the rest, and you can scale up, down or pause month to month.
- On Dedicated Team, work inside your tools and processes, with NDA, IP transfer and invoicing for procurement.
5. Established businesses: AI automation
Who you are. You run a real business, not a startup: a home services company, a dental or medical clinic, an online store, a law firm or a hotel. You have customers, staff and systems that work, mostly.
Your problem. Your team spends hours on calls, messages, bookings and copy-paste between systems. Calls get missed after hours, leads go cold before anyone replies, and the off-the-shelf AI tools you have tried need someone to configure them and only cover one channel each.
Which plan fits. All-in-one with AI Automation, $2,490 a month, flat. No per-seat or per-conversation pricing.
What we do for you.
- Start with the one job that costs you the most hours or the most lost customers, automate it, and show you the numbers before we touch the next one.
- Build an AI receptionist that answers every call, day or night, books the appointment and texts back anyone who hangs up.
- Set up messaging agents for WhatsApp, SMS, web chat, Instagram and email, in your tone and your customers' language.
- Connect the agents to the phone line, inbox, calendar, booking system and CRM you already use, so your team doesn't learn new software.
- Hand anything outside your rules to a person, with the full conversation attached, and send you a weekly report on what the agents handled and saved.
See how this works for home services, dental clinics, ecommerce, law firms and hotels.
What every plan includes
Whichever plan you choose, you get:
- A dedicated lead plus middle and senior designers and engineers
- Unlimited requests and unlimited revisions
- Daily progress updates
- A shared Slack channel and task board
- Our MCP server, so you can send tasks from your AI
- A free team swap at any time
- Pause or cancel at any time, with unused days carried over
- A 3-day free trial with real work, not a sales demo
Everything we make belongs to you from the moment it is made: code goes to your repositories and designs to your Figma.
How the work runs
On Design Engineering and All-in-one, you add as many requests as you like and set their order. The team works through them one priority at a time, so the most important task always moves first. Smaller tasks like a landing page section or a bug fix usually take one to three days. Larger work like a new feature is split into steps you can see and test every few days.
On Dedicated Team, a project manager runs several workstreams in parallel against your roadmap.
Changing plans as you grow
Your stage will change, and your plan can change with it. Many founders start on Design Engineering for the brand, landing page and front-end, then move to All-in-one when backend, mobile or AI work comes up. You can switch at your next billing date, pause between projects, and talk to us about Dedicated Team when one queue is no longer enough.
Still not sure which plan fits? Start the 3-day free trial and tell your lead where you are, or book a 30-minute call and we will recommend one. Full details are on the pricing page.
