Question 1

What is Anivia Labs?

Accepted Answer

Anivia Labs is a design, engineering and marketing team you subscribe to. Plans start at $1,690 a month for middle and senior specialists who work through your requests, write real production code and ship. No hiring, no hourly billing.

Question 2

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Pick a plan and start your free trial. Within one business day you meet your lead and get a shared Slack channel and task board. You add requests on the board or straight from your AI through our MCP server, set priorities, and we deliver with daily updates until each task is done.

Question 3

Can I send tasks from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your AI to our MCP server from the MCP tab in your app, then type /anivia and what you need. Your AI writes the brief, attaches the files and puts the task on your board. It can also read your tasks, updates and chat. No call or PRD needed.

Question 4

Do you use no-code tools?

Accepted Answer

No. We build with the same stack product teams use in production: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Python and React Native. That means no platform limits, no rebuild when you grow, and code any engineer can pick up.

Question 5

Who will I work with?

Accepted Answer

A lead who owns your account plus the middle and senior designers and engineers your requests need. The team is based in Ukraine, has years of startup experience, and speaks fluent English.

Question 6

Who is behind Anivia Labs?

Accepted Answer

The team behind DESH, a design and development agency that has shipped products in AI, Web3, fintech and gaming. We moved to a subscription because founders kept asking for a team they could keep, not a project that ends.

Question 7

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You get 3 days of real work with your team, free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you stay, your first month starts on day four.

Question 8

How does pausing work?

Accepted Answer

Pause from your account or tell your lead. Billing runs in 31-day cycles, and unused days carry over. Pause after 10 days and you keep 21 days for whenever you resume.

Question 9

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contracts and no notice period. You keep everything we built, and your subscription runs until the end of the current cycle.

Question 10

Can I switch plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move between Design Engineering and All-in-one at your next billing date. Many founders start with design and the front-end, then upgrade when backend, mobile or AI work comes up.

Question 11

Which plan is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Design Engineering ($1,690 a month) covers graphic design, UI/UX, marketing materials and front-end code. All-in-one ($2,490 a month) adds backend, mobile, AI and everything else we build. For a big project that needs a PM and a larger team, book a call about Dedicated Team.

Question 12

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card, billed monthly. Invoices for bank transfer are available for companies on request.

Question 13

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

The free trial is there so you can decide before paying anything. After that we do not refund partial months, but you can pause or cancel at any time.

Question 14

How many requests can I make?

Accepted Answer

As many as you like. Add them to your board and set the order. The team works through them one priority at a time, so your most important task always moves first.

Question 15

How fast will I get things?

Accepted Answer

Smaller tasks like a landing page section or a bug fix usually take one to three days. Larger work like a new feature is split into steps you can see and test every few days. You get a progress update every working day.

Question 16

Can you build a whole product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We break it into milestones and ship them one after another, so you see working software early and often. That is how we took Rendervi from zero to launch in three weeks. For large programs, the Dedicated Team plan adds a project manager and a team sized to your roadmap.

Question 17

How many revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited. We keep iterating until the work is right.

Question 18

How do we communicate?

Accepted Answer

In a shared Slack channel, your task board and video calls when useful. You talk directly to the people doing the work, and your lead sends a short update every working day. Your AI can also read the board, the chat and updates for you through our MCP server.

Question 19

What about time zones?

Accepted Answer

We work Kyiv hours (GMT+2/+3). That is a full overlap with Europe and several shared morning hours with the US East Coast. You leave requests at the end of your day and wake up to progress.

Question 20

What if someone on the team is not a fit?

Accepted Answer

Tell your lead and we swap them, free, usually within a few days.

Question 21

Who owns the work?

Accepted Answer

You do. All code, designs and files belong to you from the moment they are made. Code goes to your repositories and designs to your Figma.

Question 22

Will you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We are happy to sign yours before you share anything sensitive.

Question 23

What access do you need?

Accepted Answer

Only what the task needs. Usually your repository, a staging environment and your design files. We never need production credentials unless you ask us to deploy.
