Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
14-day refunds
If you are not happy with the service, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. We refund the whole amount of that payment, no questions asked.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the cycle you paid for, so you keep the time you paid for.
Pausing instead
If you need a break rather than a refund, pause the subscription. The days left in your cycle are kept and come back when you resume.
How to ask
Email hello@anivialabs.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. We refund to your original payment method through Stripe; it usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
